This candlemaker works in the compound of one of the largest prisons in the Philippines. The inmates, former convicts or their family members are given livelihoods by NGO’s to help in their rehabilitation, and candlemaking is one of them. They get to be productive and even earn some money at the same time, their products are good quality and seem to be holding its own in the market.
