Supertyphoon Lupit (Ramil) as of 830 pm Oct 17 from Google Earth and plotted from tropicalstormrisk.com, looks like its slowed down and slightly weaker than Parma (Pepeng was a 310kmh supertyphoon) but still a Cat 4 by Oct 20 Tues.
