Been monitoring Lupit on tropicalstormrisk.com as it lingered on the Philippine Sea for 3 days.. in a most unusual move (as with Pepeng) it made an S curve and is now on the move again making a dive for Northern Philippines.. stormy weather may be felt in the area as early as Thurs, but Friday Oct 23 early am is the center’s forecast landfall.. though it has now lesser than supertyphoon winds its still 175kmh Cat 1 class.
Its inevitable the provinces hit by Pepeng only 2 weeks ago will brace themselves again as they go thru another typhoon this week, may you face this new test with courage and emerge stronger from it. After all, survival and resilience are qualities we can all be proud of as Filipinos.
